Consent of the User to the Processing of Personal Data

In accordance with Articles 23 and 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data” (as amended), and the Privacy Policy published on the website https://corpkultura-event.com/privacy-policy,
I, the subject of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “User”), by submitting information when registering on the Website as a User or by filling out any other forms for the purpose of using the website https://corpkultura-event.com/
and its services (hereinafter referred to as the “Website” or “Service”), and by further using the Website and/or its Services and providing Personal Data on the Website, hereby give my informed and explicit consent to the processing of my Personal Data by Individual Entrepreneur Elina Evgenievna Korkhova and her employees, as well as by other persons to whom the Entrepreneur has entrusted the processing of Personal Data, both with and without the use of automation tools, including in information and telecommunication networks, under the following conditions:

1. The consent is granted to Individual Entrepreneur Elina Evgenievna Korkhova (Taxpayer Identification Number [INN] 781020643097, Primary State Registration Number of the Individual Entrepreneur [OGRNIP] 321784700099255) (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”) by means of acceptance of this Consent to the processing of data.
The User confirms that they are providing their Personal Data to the Operator for processing and consent to such processing.
The User is also informed that the processing of their Personal Data will be carried out by the Operator in full compliance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data.”

2. The Operator is entitled to process the following Personal Data of the User: name, phone number, email address, location address, and other similar information provided by the User on the Website, based on which the User can be identified as a personal data subject.

3. The consent is granted for the processing of personal data for the following purposes:
— organization and execution of corporate events, teambuildings, and other activities;
— fulfillment of agreements related to granting access to the Website, its content, and/or the Service, to the functionality of the Service, and for Website administration;
— identification when submitting feedback forms on the Website and/or when using the Service;
— provision of services, processing of requests and inquiries;
— establishing feedback, including sending notifications and requests;
— confirmation of the accuracy and completeness of the provided personal data;
— collection of statistics by the Operator;
— improving the quality of the Website and/or Service, their usability, and developing new services and functionalities.

4. The processing of personal data shall be terminated upon achievement of the purposes of processing, expiration of the validity period of the User’s consent, withdrawal of the consent by the User, or upon receipt of a request to cease processing of personal data, as well as upon detection of unlawful processing of personal data.

5. The Operator has the right to:
— receive accurate information and/or documents containing personal data from the personal data subject;
— carry out the collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of the User’s personal data;
— independently determine the composition and list of measures necessary and sufficient to ensure compliance with the obligations stipulated by the Personal Data Law and other applicable legal acts, unless otherwise provided by law;
— in the event of withdrawal of the User’s consent to the processing of personal data or submission of a request to cease such processing, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without the User’s consent if there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2–11 of part 1 of Article 6, part 2 of Article 10, and part 2 of Article 11 of the Personal Data Law.

6. The User’s personal data may be transferred to third parties that are contractors of Individual Entrepreneur E. E. Korkhova exclusively for marketing and advertising purposes.
Such transfer of data is carried out only based on the User’s prior consent.
This consent is granted by the User through the acceptance of this Consent and may be revoked at any time.
Data transfer is carried out with all necessary data protection measures in accordance with Federal Law “On Personal Data” and the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

7. The duration of personal data processing is determined by the achievement of the purposes for which the data were collected, unless otherwise specified by contract or applicable law.
The User may revoke their consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a written notification to the Operator via email at info@corpkultura-event.com
with the subject line “Withdrawal of Consent to the Processing of Personal Data.”
The consent ceases to be valid on the date specified in the User’s withdrawal notice, but not earlier than the date following the actual receipt of such notice by the Operator.

8. The Operator is not responsible for the actions of third parties, including for information collected by third-party services (such as payment systems, communication tools, and other service providers), which is stored and processed by such parties (Operators) in accordance with their User Agreements and Privacy Policies.

9. The date and time of acceptance of this Consent to the processing of personal data shall be considered the moment of clicking the corresponding button in the form and/or the moment of submitting any form on any page of the Website and/or its Service.
