2.9. Personal data permitted for dissemination — personal data to which the subject has granted access to an unlimited number of persons by consenting to such processing under the procedure provided by the Personal Data Law.

  • independently determine the necessary and sufficient measures to ensure compliance with the Personal Data Law.

3.2. The Operator must:
  • provide the data subject with information regarding the processing of their personal data upon request;
  • organize the processing of personal data in accordance with Russian law;
  • respond to requests from data subjects and their legal representatives;
  • notify the authorized body for the protection of personal data subjects’ rights of any requested information within 10 days;

Full name, email address, phone number, date and place of birth, photographs.

Legal Grounds:
Founding documents of the Operator, contracts concluded between the Operator and the data subject.

Types of Processing:
Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, destruction, anonymization, and sending informational emails.

7. Conditions for Personal Data Processing

7.1. Processing is carried out with the consent of the data subject.
7.2. Processing is required to fulfill legal or contractual obligations.
7.3. Processing is necessary for court orders or legal enforcement.
7.4. Processing is necessary for contract execution or pre-contract arrangements.
7.5. Processing is necessary for the Operator’s or third parties’ legitimate interests, provided the rights and freedoms of the data subject are not violated.
7.6. Processing applies to publicly available personal data.
7.7. Processing applies to data required to be disclosed under federal law.

8. Procedure for Collection, Storage, Transfer, and Other Processing

The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured through legal, organizational, and technical measures that comply with applicable data protection laws.

8.1. The Operator ensures the security of personal data and prevents unauthorized access.
8.2. Personal data shall not be transferred to third parties, except as required by law or with the User’s consent for contract execution.
8.3. In case of inaccuracies, the User may update their personal data by sending an email to info@corpkultura-event.com marked “Personal Data Update.”
8.4. The duration of processing is determined by achieving the purposes of processing unless otherwise provided by contract or law. The User may withdraw consent by sending an email to info@corpkultura-event.com
marked “Withdrawal of Consent to the Processing of Personal Data.”
8.5. Information collected by third-party services (payment systems, communication tools, service providers) is stored and processed by such parties according to their own Privacy Policies. The Operator is not responsible for third-party actions.
8.6. Restrictions established by the data subject regarding processing or dissemination do not apply when processing is carried out for state, public, or other legal interests.
8.7. The Operator ensures the confidentiality of all processed personal data.
8.8. Personal data are stored no longer than required for processing purposes.

10. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data

10.1. Before performing cross-border transfers of personal data, the Operator must notify the authorized Russian data protection body.
10.2. Prior to notification, the Operator must obtain the necessary assurances from the foreign recipient regarding proper data protection.

11. Confidentiality of Personal Data

The Operator and any other persons with access to personal data must not disclose or distribute such data to third parties without the data subject’s consent unless required by federal law.
